Can I get my criminal record sealed?

In April I received a continuation without a finding for possession of marijuana. Can I get my record sealed so I can get a decent job? Do I even have a record? If so, how will it appear when requested by employers or potential employers? Should I be losing sleep over this?

The odds of sealing or expunging one's record borders on the rare if not impossible. If you have such an interest, contact an experienced criminal attorney in the area where the court is located.
