Can the DA make me testify against my boyfreind in a DV case, even though I requested for the case to be drop?

Unless you have a 5th amendment right or some other right, the ADA can summons you to court to testify. My suggestion is to talk with his lawyer.

Spouses have a privilege not to testify against one another. However, you must already be married at the time of the trial.
