Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My daughter had problems in school and was taken to court for fighting and was taken away from me for weeks. She was still having problems at the place she was taken to and was to appear in court. She is illegal but i was a permanent resident and decided to leave the country with my daughter because of her bad behavior. Now i want to go back with her it has been 3 years shes 17 will she have problems coming back?
