Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

defendant name not on labortory report

5 different drug labortory analysis reports came back without the defendant name on it and no there was no co-defendant.

Question- Is there a law stating that your name has to be on legal documents/reports.

Re: defendant name not on labortory report

The problem is now on the Commonwealth to produce evidence that what ever it was the laboratory was suppose to test was connected to the defendant. There is no law addressing your question that I know of. This could have been a clerical oversight on the part of the laboratory. I would need more information to fully address what your real questions is. You may call or email me.
