Denied a jury trial

Can i sue for a jury trial as i wanted in the first place, not a judge trial?

You need to provide a liitle more information. Which court division are you in? (District Court? Superior Court? Land Court? Small Claims Court? etc.) Also, what is the basic issue in your case, and what is the current status?

You cannot sue the court.

There is decisional and procedural process. These procedures must be taken properly to insure that such a trial is taken. A failure undermines this.

As George said, you have really provided insufficient information about the nature of the proceedings, and what happened to lay your claim.
