Disorderly Conduct

i was charged with disorderly conduct and have a hearing in a few days, i wanted to know how i should plead to minimize sentencing, and what are the results of pleading not guilty or pleading out and if this offense is going to stay on my record.

That depends:

(1) If they offer you the "mother" of all pleas, such as dismissal on cost, then plea;

(2) Otherwise, think twice about any other plea, since it will be on your record for your entire life, and will be part of your FBI file.
