can i be held on bail again at my first hearing at court even though i was bailed out of police station

Yes you can. The Court may, and often does, set its own terms of release. They can impose a higher bail of there is reason to do so. If you think that bail may really be an issue, you should hire counsel to appear with you at arraignment to make a professional bail arguement and be prepared to take necessary the steps in case bail is imposed.
