Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
domestic vioence
i was accused of domestic violence, i went to court and the plantiff didn't show... which they stated in the being that they were not coming. Now the case has been continued and they said that they would summones them. What happens if they don't show up again, they state that they want nothing to do with it. and that it is my problem...

The complainant is not a plaintiff, the commonwealth is the plaintiff.
There are only certain times when the complainant is required to be there.
