Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Domestic Violence
I was wondering if Massachusetts had a 3 strikes law. I am involved in a court case with a repeat offender and am wondering what I can do to help prosecute and make the judicial system work for the state of Massachusetts this time. This man has somehow slipped through the cracks for over 10 years, and has many assault and battery convictions, as well as abuse prevention acts on his record, and all he has ever gotten was 2 months total jail, and some probation. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me win this case?! And the 3 strikes law!
