Domestic Voilence
my husband will have a trail (battery) on October for domestic voilence. there is one picture of a phisycal abuse and a witness. I believe that the witness misunderstood and I want to help my husband. Is there any way to mak the case dismessed if I help ?
I am the victum but I want to help him?
my husband now went to our country for 2 monthes and he will be back before October, Is this OK to leave the US and return before his trail?

A spouse has the privilege of refusing to testify against her spouse and may request dismissal of the charges upon testifying under oath that there has been no intimidation to do so.
Consider retaining an attorney to assist you in avoiding traps for the unwary.
Whether his leaving the country pending trial violated any conditions of his bail or pesonal recognizance depends of what those terms were and should be discussed by him only with his attorney.
