I Didnt Drive: being Charged Driving w/o license
I DIDNT DRIVE(Allston)I was on the side of a mass pike ramp with no breakdown lane with a completely dead battery. The hazards didnt even turn on so I was outside car with BF daughter (inside buckled in car chair) waiting for my BF 2 return from buying a new battery. I got a jumpstart so I could start the hazards. Cop told Samaritans we had 2 move I just started the car in sight of the officer. Bf arrived moved car 30 seconds away 2 hotel. He changed the battery. Cop gave us citations (him:melanies law: me drivingw/o license). He drove away b4 we could talk 2 him. I have a permit not on me at moment. I went 2 hearing w. magistrate I took 2 P.Reports which say owner [BF, is licensed] drove. at magistrate hearing My witness wasnt allowed in the room despite it saying I could have one. The cop changed the story & claims I drove 2 hotel. Magistrate said she found probable cause. I asked her what was the probable cause she said it was that she believed there was a probable cause. I appealed so we are going 2 court again. My information SS#, DOB everything was written by officer in pen on car registration, my permit is now suspended, I might get charged w a misdemeanor. Can this case B dismissed because hes changing his own testimonia

Re: I Didnt Drive: being Charged Driving w/o license
There are plenty of things in your story to challenge the charge with. Both you and your BF should hire good defense attorneys. It sounds like you both have good cases to me.
