Driving under suspension

about 1 year ago i was arrested in Mass on a friday for a warrent for my arrest for not going to court for a speeding ticket and having a suspended license. I did the weekend in jail had court paid a fine and I was on my way. Recently I was pulled over in Mass again and got a citiation to appear in court on Feb 5th for driving with a suspended license I didn't think i had. What could happen to me in court?

It depends on many factors including what the last court disposition was, whether your license has been reinstated, etc. Although incarceration is a potential, if ths is your first operating after suspension, most likely you could be put on probation. There is also a possibility of a further license suspension. Many attorneys, including myself, know how to avoid further suspensions and probation in certain circumstances. I suggest you consult with one.
