Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

drug raid thats gonna happen

i heard the cops are gonna break my door in looking for drugs and the funny thing is that we dont sell drugs we have lots of friends that come and go to my house my question is can i take legal action after they dont find anything?

You would only have a law suit if you can prove that the police acted negligently or conducted willful misconduct either in obtaining the search warrant or in executing it. Your likely hood of success is pretty small.
