drug search warrants

can the authorities get a search warrant for property that has no legal documents stating i reside at the property and in district court what is the exact distance considered a violation in a school or park with possession of drugs?

Generally to get a search warrant, an affidavit needs to be completed that there is probable cause a crime is committed and that the contraband is located at a certain place, and must be signed off by the court.
