It depends on the case and what evidence there is against you. They have to prove that you were operating a motor vehicle, on a public way and that your ability to operate safely was impaired by alcohol (or drugs). You should hire an attorney.

Re: DUI
For a person under age 21 convicted of Operating Under the Influence, there is an automatic 210 day loss of license IN ADDITION to any sentence... for the rest, a person convicted faces up to 2.5 years in the house of correction (county jail) depending on the facts and their criminal record, 1 year loss of driver's license, and around $1500-$2000 in fines and fees.
Is it possible to win at trial? Absolutely, but I would have to know more of the facts and see a police report. COntact me if you would like to discuss.

Have charges against you actually been brought?
Sounds like a very defensible case, especially where any injuries from the accident could explain any police observations of supposed intoxication.

Conviction for DUI while under age can have serious adverse effects on your license.
You should retain an attorney who alone can best assess your case in particular.
