Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Can an employer ask the following questions?:
(1) Do you have any CWOF's on your criminal record?
(2) Have you ever admitted to sufficient facts to warrant a finding of guilty in any case?
(3) So you've never been convicted of a crime. . . Have you ever been up on charges and had to go to court?

Can ordinary employers/people, who are running a CORI check on you, see that you have a CWOF on your record?

It depends on the nature of the job.
To get one's cori, you need to be in a category which is permitted access by law, or a release is required.
