Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
when he or she enters the court house and is accosted by the media what will be the normal procedure?gent for school. doing research on this question.

The normal procedure is that the defendant says absolutely nothing to the media and tries to keep as calm and composed as possible. Whether the lawyer addresses the media would be up to him or her, depending on that person's assessment of the situation, although normally I think most attorneys would prefer to talk to the media outside the court house, in a more controlled environment, if at they want to talk to the media at all.
