if im on probation in georgia and i get arrested in massachusetts and georgia dont expidite me what happens to my charges

The charges in Georgia will stay open until you return to Georgia. This means that you can be prosecuted years from now. Furthermore, Georgia can decide to extradite you at anytime in the future.
