expunge a TRO
I had a restraining order against me. Can it be expunged?

You can certainly retain an attorney to request a hearing where you can make your best case for why the TRO should not continue,especially if it was obtained without your having had a right to be heard. But expect the judge to lean in favor of continuing it if there is any chance the allegations might be true as they tend to prefer to err in favor of caution. Good Luck!
