I was falsely accused of making phone calls and threats. I can prove my innocence. What recourse can I take against my accuser?

Re: Falsely accused
It depends. You don't provide enough information to answer your question. However, if the other person knowingly filed a false report with the police, that would potentially expose them to criminal charges. On the other hand, if they were honestly mistaken, then you wouldn't have any recourse.

What you need to focus on is exonerating yourself frm the criminal charges that YOU face. Hire a good Criminal Defense attorney and follow their advice.
