Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

falsly accused

i was asked by a old friend that is selling her house to refinish her kitchen sink, she tol me to come by the day after her open house. I arrived 3 days later on the day she asked me to, the door was wide open and i walked in the house and looked at the project. I then wrote a note to her specifying that i looked over the job and it was something i could do and left her my cell phone number and told her to call me and we would compramise a price because it was quite detailed work. furthermore i was sent a summance to court for breaking and entering in daytime and allegedly stole a digital camara! there is also a weird twist, my ex brother in law was together with her and they are in court, she pulled out the note that i wrote and claimed i stole this camara that had vital proof of stuff pertaining to their case on it, and i must have been in on this somehow! I am pissed at the fact that i am going to school, in the process of starting my own buisness and this women is accuseing me of b.@e. how many jobs do you think i'm going to lose because of this! even if it is dismissed it will still be there. i think she needs to be taught a lesson and be frigin sued. She has money, property. if any attorneys want this case email me. DARYL

Re: falsly accused

If you want to hire an attorney to prosecute this case because the case has merit, then you can contact me. Do not take action because somebody needs to learn a lesson;

There are open issues in this case which need to be addressed. I would represent you, but not on a contingency basis.
