fictatious charges

my 17 yr old son was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and melicious damage over 250. he rode on a shopping cart there was no dammage. he was never read his rights nor was abel to call me , was never told what he was being arrested for , the officer told him youll find out later. he was thrown on the hood of the car and grabbed with force by the neck by the arresting officer.the officer used terrible language while questioning my son wich i whitnested being on a cell phone durring this whole matter.he was with three friends one of whitch was pushing the cart,he didnt get arrested. the other was just a bystander, whom had called me
