Re: I need help

She is a fool for missing a court date. She needs to get an attorney, and then remove her default. If you need help contact me.

Re: I need help

She could potentially get up to 2.5 yrs on the B&E and more time on and after on the Maliscious Destruction charge. However, that is unlikely. What she needs to do is hire an attorney and surrender herself on the warrant. I always advise people to hire an attorney before surrendering yourself on a warrant. The lawyer can argue to the court that you should be released on personal recognazence since you went to the time and expense to hire counsel, you are obviously not going to flee if released without bail. It is a very strong argument that rarely fails. If you go in without counsel, you are really rolling the dice on the bail issue, not to mention the charges. Hire a good criminal defense lawyer ASAP. We are available 24/7 for exactly this type of siuation. Go to www.LawWorcester.com for more information and contact instructions.
