How to file for witness intimidation in Massachusetts?

Assuming you are asking about how to file a criminal complaint you should call the police and lodge a complaint with them. If they do not file a complaint in court for you then you can go to your local district court and request a complaint issue. The clerk's office will have you fill out a form to schedule a hearing to determine if there is probable cause to find that a crime occurred.
