Is it legal for a non-US citizen to protest against the U.S. government in Boston?

The rights guaranteed to Americans under the constitution and state laws apply to all people within the borders fo the United States.
That being said, if you do break the law while protesting, you would certainly have a lot more to lose than a citizen. If you were later found guilty, you could lose your right to become a citizen, be deported and many other losses revolving around citizenship and the right to stay in the USA.
