I know fornication is illegal in the state of massachusetts but is their a way around the laws of adultery and fornication to make the sex legal?

Sex between consenting adults is perfectly legal. Adultery may be immoral, depending upon your view, and the agreement in your marriage, but it is not a criminal issue.
