Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I just found out that my-ex husband smoked marijuana last August(2010) with my then 13 year old son. I have sole custody as of yesterday, but I want to press charges against him for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. What are my rights? Is there a statute of limitations for this crime? Also, is it still only a misdemeanor if the child's biological/legal parent is the offender?
