Re: my friend

You need a criminal defense attorney.

Without putting a dime into this, get a court appointed attorney.

To get good counsel, you will have to put into this many dimes.

Re: my friend

I would suggest that your girlfriend hire an attorney who can help her remove the warrants and negotiate a resolution that will work for her and also satisfy the courts. She should do this sooner than later. While the warrants are active, she is subject to arrest. It would be much more difficult to resolve the cases when she is brought in to the courts in custody than if she went in on her own with an attorney.

Re: my friend

Your girlfriend should retain an attorney to negotiate an agreement for withdrawal of the warrants before she is arrested and required to make a harsher deal from jail. Good Luck!
