Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
A friend has been inditated on several charges including drug and gun charges. he has a prior record for gun charges if these gun charges do not stick due to lack of witnesses and lack of evidence how much time will he get for the drug offense this is his first drug offense however i have heard that sentencing can be based on his prior gun charges and even though it is drugs. I don't know if I am asking the question correctly but i am hoping you can understand what i am saying.
