Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I was in my friends car in west bridgewater ma. when he was pulled over and the cops had a search warrant for his car. I was searched and released but they took and kept my phone from out of my pocket. Is this legal? Can i get it back?

Go to the station and ask the detectives for your phone back, if not you will need a court order.
