Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

this is my first offense. i never been in jail or even in trouble. at my job i purchase and item with someone eles credit card and now i'm suppended until i'm called in for the results of my action. i dont what to go to jail. this is the first time i'm in trouble. i what to know whats going to happen when i go to my job for my manager to tell whats going to happen. please help. i need to know, i have a 3yr old i dont what to lose her. for a mistake i did and never do again.

I am not sure if you have been charged, had a clerk's hearing or have been arraigned. All or each of these are factored into what I can tell you.
