Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
fugitive from justice warrant
I was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant, a bail was set and posted. i report to the court in the town i was arrested in, i will be turning myself into the state from which the warrant was issued but not before the court date from the town in which is was arrested, what will happen if i have not turned myself into that state by then

They will seek to execute the warrant and arrest you.

You should retain an attorney to appear with you as you may be held on bail unless you have a good reason why the warrant issued rather than your appearing initially. Good Luck!
