What is the penalty for running poker machines for profit

In order to figure out the penalty, you would need the exact charges and the Chapter and section of the Mass. General Laws under which the person was charged. For example M.G.L. Chapter 266, section 12(a). Misdemeanor charges in Mss. carry penalties of up to 2 1/2/ years in the House of Correction and felonies carry up to life in prison depending on the crime.
