my girl friend got in trouble in Connectictut and the state police called and said she has a warrant out for her arrest and she was already tied for the crime in Massachusetts the state police waited to pull her over in ma. and now want her to turn herself in on Monday what are her options

Only one choice: go to the court from which the warrant was issued and resolve this issue. If it has already been resolved, then the court will review the warrant management system to insure that the warrant is recalled. If the matter is still open, then find out why it is open.

If she has any concerns, bring a lawyer with her.
