Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
This girl is has a warrant because she feeels threatened i am 17 years old and was at school i called her cunt 2 times (each time in a diffrentn scenario). the police have a warrant and i have a court date.. she feels threatened but all i did was call her a cunt twice i swore and thats all.....
the first time i swore and removed myself from class after she tried to attack me after that i left a teacher got in the way and helped....then after that she took it to court but not before getting all my friends to hate me. and Now i have a court date...
