Harrassment
A teenager has been physically and verbally harrassing my teenager and myself,Is there anything legal that I can do?

call the police;
speak to their parents;
file a criminal complaint;
file a civil rights action;

You do have options. You can take out a private complaint, which you get by going to the Juvenile court in your area and filing the necessary paperwork. If you woul dlike to resolve the matter without utilizing the court, I suggest you call the police and let them know of the situation. As well, a phone call to this child's parents may help ese the tension. You can always use the court system if the other areas fail.
