Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My house was broken into and robbed 3 weeks ago. The police caught the guy, and he had broken into 16 other houses in the area. It turns out that he lives on the same street as the roofing company that just did our new roof a couple months ago. And apparently this roofing company would hire people from their neighborhood. Do I have any right to find out if this criminal worked for this roofing company and that he robbed my house because he was one of the many people on my roof? I want to alert the roofing company and alert them- before they hire any other felons.

You can contact the company.
You have no right to ask them what this person did, except to the extent that he was involved in the work on your property.
I am not sure I understand your question.
