Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My husband is a caretaker and was responding to a possible fire alarm at a residence. There was no smoke or evidence of fire so he asked the fireman to step back while he entered a confidential code into the alarm panel. The fireman told the approaching fire chief that my husband would not let him in. The fire chief forcefully pushed my husband while yelling at him that he was not in charge. My husband wants to file a complaint because he is concerned that this fire chief is hotheaded and reacts without all of the facts. He doesn't want this to go to court however he wants him to be reprimanded. Do you have any advice to off us.

This is an issue for conversation not complaints, in my opinion.
As I see it, there was a conflict that does not rise to a complaint.
