Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My husband needs some sort of identification from his home country of Laos. He left during war time as a refugee when he was a minor. He got in trouble and is now on the detainee list to be removed from the USA, but the immigration officer wants him locate some sort of identification from Laos, how? I did not see immigration law on the list to chose from.
