Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My husband stole some of my items from my house. He was in Court displaying them. I filed a police report after seeing them in Court. The police are filing larceny charges against him. He will be going before a Clerk Magistrate to decide if he will face charges. How can I prove that he took my items. I expect him to lie and say that he did not display them in Court.

Did anyone else see him display the items? If so, they could testify at the Clerk Magistrate's hearing.
