Identity theft

My father is mentally ill and my brother lives with him and is his health care proxy. I just found out that my brother is opening credit cards in my fathers name and is using them for his own personal use. What can be done about this. Please email me

You and/or some other interested family member should retain an attorney to petition the Probate Court for appointment as your father's Guardian to administer his affairs.

What your brother is doing is against the law and the DA at your local court can bring larceny charges against him. Go to the local DA and explain what is going on.
