Identity Theft

Well, someone has stolen my email account password and pretended to be me. They have not caused monetary damages but have pretended to be me and caused me some embarrassmen. They also deleted my contact information from my contacts. I know who it is but can't prove it. it's and ex. I filed a restraining order. there has been verbal abuse in the form of emails as well. Is there anything more I can do? Thanks

If you can't prove who has done these things, there really isn't much you can do against any specific person, except for perhaps having the police investigate your allegation of identity theft. However, if they don't have any way to prove the charges, you can expect that they will quickly drop the investigation. The restraining order you mentioned may be of some use in protecting you with respect to verbal abuse (or "e-mail abuse"), but I don't see what else you can do, other than the normal precautions to protect yourself in advance of future problems.
