inmate with hep c

Can I go after a jail for not telling a inmate that he has hep.c and then not saying any thing to the family of 4 (two children) that had him stay in the home? The Jail know that he would be here.

From what you describe, you do not appear to have a legal duty to inform any one about the person's medical condition.
