Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

internet law?

Hello to everyone who can possibly help. I am involved in a case that is coming to trial very soon. One of the key pieces of evidence is a conversation that happened between two parties online. One of the parties submitted it, while the other party to the conversation did not want to submit it, and infact dosnt remember this conversation. That one particular person wants nothing to do with it, and thinks it was wrong it was submitted without her consent. Is there anyways this online conversation can be deemed inadmissable? Ir hearsay? Please help time is running out ?
