Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Using internet to lure woman
I found someone who posted my pics on web stating I am looking for sexual experiences. I made a fake email address to reply to the post, with success he did, he admitted to the fake person that he was going to get his g/f(my pics) very drunk so she would not be nervous about doing thse acts, he sent a photo of himself, and that man is the same one who is trying to get me to go on a date with him the same time he is trying to plan a sexual encounter with someone, he is not aware that I know he has done this, I've gotten the website to remove all the posts, as well as I have in email everything to back up what he is trying to do. can I do anything legally? I have contacted local and state police they do not know of anything that can be done unless he follows through, but since I am aware, I must not be the only one this has happend too, I want to make sure it can happen to anyone else. Is intent to intoxicate a girl to the point of not knowing what is going on illegal? Punishable? Please advise

Retain an attorney to whom you should bring all your evidence for review. Irregardless as to whether this has reached the level of criminal violations, you may have a civil action against this individual.
