Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
jail time
my boyfriend got in touble for the first time ever for distribution in a school zone but his friend copped to it and 3 counts larceny under $250 the DA seems to be trying to nail him because the two people he was with have multiple priors. Now he may be sentenced to 30 days. Is there any way out of this?

I would hope that your boyfriend is being represented by an attorney.
From what you described, it is hard to understand how the DA is forcing this deal.
