hello and thank you all for providing all the answers and advice you have all given and continue to give. my questions are if there is a time limit on having a charge reduced? can i reduce a felony from the age of 14 years old which i plead guilty to to a misdemeanor so that i can enlist into the army which my GED?

You cannot have a charge reduced that you have already pled guilty to. Once you plead then its a conviction and its over with. However, if you were 14 then its possible that the record is sealed, which they sometimes do with juvenile records. Last thing you should know is that the military will take people with certain convictions. All you have to do is calla recruiter and ask. Good luck.

You cannot reduce a charge once there has been a disposition. You can seal criminal histories, even if they are felonies, if enough time has passed and you qualify. We seal records for people often so they can get jobs or join the service.
