Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

kidnapping with force or fraud what penalities
never had a warrant for my arrest and was not charged of any crime at my probation hearing but was brought to the house of correctional jail without being charged of any crime then another trial occured then they charged me with an indictment but Honorable Benjamin Apkins already stated at probation 3 days after the warrant was issued that no warrant was issued for my arrest which a false warrant was issued to hold me in the house of correctional jail. My Probation stated I committed no crime nad stated no warrant was issued for my arrest but why was I put into cusstody and then process to trial in Pittsfield Superior Court under an indictment. If I committed a crime then I would have violate my probation but no crime was issued at probation of violating it.
