Larceny?
What are common consequences of somebody being charged with $620 in Larceny? Also, $1,015 in larceny?

Conviction of larceny in any amount more than $250 could result in incarceration. Anyone so charged should retain an attorney to represent them.

There are several different options, ranging from not guilty, to dismissal to probation to incarceration. All (except "not guilty") will likely involve restitution. A zealous lawyer will get you the best available.

If you are convicted of either, they carry a maximum penalty of 2.5 years in the house of correction or more. It depends on a lot of different variables - can you pay money back? Do you have a record? You should think about consulting a lawyer.
