Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I do have an attorney at the moment however I would like to geta seond opinion. I have been charged with credit card fraud/Larsony. Unfortunately this person had given me her verbal consent however she now is denying it. I have had 3 cards wit her name on which I have been making payments on. My name as well as adress and phone numbers were on the credit cards as well. I have no previous criminal record, I am a single mother of 5 year old girl, I work and plan to pay this debt in full. What are the chances of me going to jail? Waht are the chances of the DA's office making a settlement without having to go to court?

I would find it hard to believe that a DA would not offer a CWOF (Continue without a finding) for a period with restitution, providing what you said about your prior criminal history is accurate.
